Hi, I’m Jessy — a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, Leader, and calm-culture advocate.

I’ve spent two decades in early childhood education, guiding services toward Exceeding ratings, mentoring teams through growth, and designing environments where both children and educators thrive.

But here’s what I believe most: quality isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about practice with purpose.

I created Play & Purpose Co. to support educators and leaders with practical, thoughtful tools that actually work in real-world settings—because I know what it’s like to lead a busy team, juggle quality expectations, and want more than just surface-level reflection.
